Manufacturer warranty
Every brand we carry comes with the original manufacturer's warranty. Typical coverage: 2 years on hull, 1 year on pedal drive. We handle the claim — you bring the kayak in, we ship it to the manufacturer.
What's not covered
Normal wear (scuffs, UV fade, seat fabric), impact damage (rocks, dock collisions), and modifications you made yourself.
Out-of-warranty service
We charge labor at $85/hr and parts at MSRP. Most pedal drive rebuilds run $150-$300 with parts.
