Our promise
If the kayak you bought isn't the right fit after a real paddle, bring it back within 30 days. We'll swap or refund. No restocking fee, no like-new gotcha.
What we need back
The kayak, your receipt, and an honest answer to 'what didn't work?' Hatches and seats are expected to look used after 30 days. Hull damage from rocks is not — but we'll work with you.
Accessories
Unopened: full refund within 60 days. Opened but working: store credit within 30 days.
Custom rigs
Custom-rigged builds are non-returnable once water-tested. We're explicit about that on the order receipt.
